水冷式五谷雜糧磨粉機(jī) ( Whole grains mill machine with water cooling system )

工作原理 ( Working principle )

When the motor of milling machine works,both the connecting axis and grinding disc covering on the connecting shaft runs together.Until the milling material enters the powder grinding sleeve from the feeding hopper,between the auger of grinding disc and powder milling sleeve relatively runs.It will cause strong crushing force to make the feeding material mince into small particles.After the crushing particles is brought into the middle of two friction blades under the spiral motion of grinding auger.With the relative motion of milling teeth,the feeding material will be minced small powder particles in a short time,     the powder pours out from the ditch of grinding blade and swings everywhere.             Simultaneously,the finished powder flow out from the outlet under the motion of the scraping board fixed on the grinding disc.

水冷工作原理：磨粉腔外壁和磨粉腔底部都設(shè)計(jì)有一個(gè)夾水層，夾層里設(shè)有隔套，保證水能夠循環(huán)，沒有死角。通過水泵送水，使水在夾層里循環(huán)流動(dòng)降溫。

Working principle of water cooling system: Both external wall and bottom in milling cavity all are designed with clamp water layer in which an isolated casing is designed in order to guarantee water circulate in all directions successfully.The water by water pump supplying flows across the clamp layer by circulatory way to reduce the temperature.

Advantages: 1.The purpose of milling powder with low temperature is to retain the value of whole grains ;

注意事項(xiàng) ( Considerations )

1.Before using the machine,please do read the instructions very carefully.Be strict in obeying the operating regulations to make the machine work.Please do check whether the fastened bolts of the fixed grinding blade,the motive blade and scraper blade etc are loose,if yes,ensure to make it tighten.

2.The mill machine must connect overload protection device outside to protect the motor and save human safety.

3.When feeding whole grains,TCM herbs etc,please make it dry or boiled,delete impurity with stone particles and metals etc.After the feeding materials is soft or sticky due to humidity,please bake it dry again,or it is easy to make the grinding cavity sticky and very difficult to mill fine.

4.After the machine finishes working,please do clean out inside the machine and dry it by wind.Remember not to wash it by water.

5.Strictly obey regulations of the machine installation to connect the ground wire.The motor runs by counter-clockwise.Ensure whether the machine works in normal,vibration in good condition,sound in right echo.If yes,please operate it again.

6.Do set the machine on the firm,stable table and wardrobe to maximize to reduce the vibration and noise.

7.During the period of operation,if the machine stops working due to the electricity power off.Please do shut the power switch off,delete the left materials inside the grinding cavity and then restart the machine.

8.If finding the accessories of the machine in serious abrasion or damage,please repair it or change it in time.

9. After machine starting,please wait for the machine operating in normal and add the materials into the hopper,in addition,control the feeding volume to prevent overload causing dead motor.

10.When the machine stays in no work for a long time,please disconnect the power.The machine should be set on horizontal ground,do not slope and do not have heavy objects on it.

11.The machine warranty is one year.The machine based on damage by man-made wrong operation and normal abrasion is beyond the warranty.When occurring above,        please get back to the dealer or the original factory to be repaired if necessary,the buyer must pay for the transportation fee.
